Rental Guarantee for Marina Apts Only
The rental guarantee is optional. If you decide to take the rental guarantee then this is how it works.
  1. You can not use your apartment during the high season, which is June, July and August.

  2. First you decide which weeks in the year you want to use your apartment

  3. You can not use your apartment during the high season, which is June, July and August.

  4. The holiday lettings company will fill in as many weeks as possible around your use.

  5. The rental guarantee comes with the following income paid annually.
    One bedroom apartments €5500.00
    Two bedroom apartments €6500.00
    Three bedroom apartments €7000.00

  6. The rental guarantee is a contract for a minimum of 3 years and can be extended for a longer period. You will need to negotiate longer contracts directly with the lettings company.

  7. There are no charges or fees connected with the rental guarantee.

  8. All the apartments come furnished and ready to use or rent out.

  9. The holiday lettings company has been working with this development since it opened 5 years ago and have a very good base of repeat customers

  10. When you complete on the property we will introduce you to your contact at the lettings company.
