How to reserve your property and what happens next.

  1. Go to our website and fill out a reservation form. Our website is www.bravaproperties.co.uk
  2. You will then receive an acknowledgement of your reservation along with a preliminary mortgage application.
  3. Once you fill out the PMA then you send it back to Anglo Portugese Mortgages and they will respond to you with a decision.
  4. Once you are pre-approved for a mortgage and want to proceed there is a broker free of €495 payable. Once your mortgage is approved, a survey is instructed (€200) and you will need to obtain a tax reference number (€195) At this point you will pay the total charges listed above totalling €890.
  5. Solicitors will issue contracts directly to you. We pay the solicitor fees usually around 1% of the property value.
  6. Completion will take place on your chosen property.
This purchase process takes approximately 8-12 weeks.
